We’re a neighborhood restaurant, and we treat your information the way we’d want ours treated. This page explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you ask about a private event, make a reservation, join our email list, sign up for our loyalty program, or contact us, we may collect your name, email, phone number, and the details you share (like your event date, guest count, and occasion).
Facebook and Instagram forms. If you fill out one of our forms on Facebook or Instagram, Meta shares the information you submit in that form with us.
Website visits. Like most websites, ours uses cookies and similar tools (including Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and the Meta Pixel) to understand how people use the site and how our ads perform. These tools may collect things like your browser type, pages visited, and general location.
How we use it
To answer your questions and plan your event. To manage reservations, loyalty rewards, and birthday offers. To send emails or texts you’ve signed up for, like our newsletter and event news. To improve our website and our advertising.
Who we share it with
We don’t sell your information. We share it only with the companies that help us run the restaurant, such as our reservation and point-of-sale system, our email service, our website host, and our advertising and analytics partners (like Meta and Google), and only so they can do that work for us. We may also share information if the law requires it.
Your choices
Emails and texts: you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, or by replying STOP to a text.
Your information: you can ask us what we have on file, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing info@bodegalc.com.
Cookies: you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work as well without them.
Keeping it safe
We take reasonable steps to protect your information. No website or system is perfectly secure, but we do our best.
Kids
Our website and forms are meant for adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13.
